My First Million Podcast: My First Muscle Challenge Explained
Here at Torro Media, we love a good podcast, but also love a good challenge!
The guys from "My First Million" have checked both those boxes with their constant valuable business insights, and the "Big Announcement" that they published this morning.
Shaan Puri and Sam Parr put out a "Big Announcement" for what's being called the "My First Muscle Challenge." It has nothing to do with money, BUT there are cash prizes and cold plunges to be won. The inspiration of the challenge came from The Murph Challenge and The 75 Hard Challenge.
What is the My First Muscle Million Challenge?
The My First Muscle Challenge is a fitness challenge where you need to complete 100 push-up, 100 squats (bodyweight or air squats), and 100 burpees as quickly as possible.
100 x 100 x 100 = 1,000,000 (hence the name)
- 100 push-ups
- 100 air squats
- 100 burpees (chest needs to touch the floor and toes need to leave the ground when jumping)

How do you win the prizes?
Most fitness challenge are for fun and/or improving your health, but this one has some prizes!
- You need to video yourself doing the challenge and time it, and post it on Twitter and tag @MyFirstMilPod.
- If you tag @ShaanVP and @TheSamParr, they will potentially repost it, but judge the best videos.
Timeline: The official challenge is the weekend from Friday, May 10, 2024 - Sunday, May 12, 2024.
Some of the prizes include 2 cold plunges from Plunge.com as well as cash prizes for most creative, best dressed, best time, etc...
I will be doing the challenge and look forward to posting an update of my time with video, etc (so check back after the weekend).
Note: They changed the name of the challenge from "Summer Million Challenge" to "My First Muscle" and re-announced it a week later (after deleting the original announcement), so if you entered the original challenge, your entry still counts.
